Consultation paper – A New Decision-Making Framework for Property Matters in Family Law

We have released a consultation paper seeking stakeholder feedback on approaches for simplifying the property provisions in the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth).

This paper will inform the implementation of aspects of the Australian Government’s response to the Australian Law Reform Commission’s (ALRC) final report, Family Law for the Future – An Inquiry into the Family Law System.
