OLSC Compliance statistics 2022–23

In support of its role in monitoring compliance with the Legal Services Directions 2017, the Office of Legal Services Coordination (OLSC) publishes statistical information about non-compliance.

Agencies are required to report to OLSC any possible or apparent breaches of the Legal Services Directions 2017. Notification includes background, an agency assessment of any possible or apparent breach and, if necessary, any remedial action taken. OLSC verifies the assessments to identify systemic issues within an agency, across a sector or across the Commonwealth.
