Terms of reference – Independent Review of the National Legal Assistance Partnership 2020-25

Dr Warren Mundy was appointed to undertake an independent review of the National Legal Assistance Partnership 2020-25 (NLAP). The NLAP is an agreement between the Australian Government and states and territories for the provision of Australian Government legal assistance funding. The NLAP review will inform future funding arrangements following the expiry of the current NLAP on 30 June 2025.
