Legal services providers' quarterly reporting template

This template assists Legal Services Providers (LSPs) complete quarterly expenditure reporting under the Head Agreement.

Agencies can use the Legal Services Panel Portal to search for the names and rates of legal services providers and AGS, for any practice area.
