The Office of Legal Services Coordination (OLSC) has prepared guidance notes to help agencies to comply with their obligations under the Legal Services Directions 2017.

The Attorney-General’s approval is required for a non-corporate Commonwealth entity to use in-house lawyers to conduct court litigation as solicitor on the record or as counsel.
