Statutory review of the PPS Act terms of reference

The Statutory review of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 is governed by the terms of reference issued by the Attorney-General. The terms of reference set out the specific matters for examination by the reviewer.

These matters range from the broad areas such as the impact of the PPS Act on business and consumers, to more technical ones, such as opportunities for further efficiencies in the PPS Act regime, and to simplify the language of the PPS Act.
