Native title reforms public consultation paper

This document outlines the purpose of the proposed amendments - Native Title Legislation Amendment Bill 2018 and Registered Native Title Bodies Corporate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2018.  It seeks stakeholder views on the approach to amending the law. The annexure at the end of this document summarises the individual measures, cross referenced to their location in the options paper and in the exposure draft legislation.
