The Office of Legal Services Coordination (OLSC) has prepared guidance notes to help agencies to comply with their obligations under the Legal Services Directions 2017.
Under the Directions, Commonwealth agencies have various obligations, including an obligation to act as a model litigant. The OLSC aims to encourage and support compliance with the Directions by agencies and their legal service providers through education.
