Commonwealth Guidelines for Legal Financial Assistance 2012: Addendum to support the inquiries of the National Commissioner for Defence and Veteran Suicide Prevention

Subsection 3.5(d) of the Commonwealth Guidelines for Financial Assistance 2012 (the Guidelines) establishes the royal commissions and inquiries scheme. This addendum modifies the operation of the Guidelines with regard to applications for legal financial assistance associated with the inquiries of the National Commissioner for Defence and Veteran Suicide Prevention (the National Commissioner).
