3585/2019 concerning a Native Title claim

The author alleged that Australia had violated articles 2(3), 14(1), 26, and 27 of the ICCPR, read in light of article 1, through the Federal Court's dismissal of a native title claim made by the author. The Committee issued adverse views in respect of article 14(1), read alone and in conjunction with article 2(3)(a), and article 27, read in light of article 1.
