National Commissioner for Defence and Veteran Suicide Prevention Bills

On 27 August 2020, the Attorney-General, the Hon Christian Porter MP, introduced the legislation to establish the National Commissioner for Defence and Veteran Suicide Prevention (‘National Commissioner’) into Parliament. A four week period of public and stakeholder consultation also commenced on 27 August 2020.
