Control orders and preventative detention orders annual reports

Reports from 2017-18 onward can be found on the Home Affairs website.

The Minister for Home Affairs, as the Minister responsible for the AFP, is required by sections 104.29 and 105.47 of the Criminal Code to provide an annual report in respect of control orders and preventative detention orders made during the year. Until 2017, it was the responsibility of the Attorney-General to ensure the provision of these reports. Following the creation of the Home Affairs portfolio, this responsibility was assumed by the Minister for Home Affairs.
