Data Breach Response Plan

Our Data Breach Response Plan is activated if personal information we hold is subject to unauthorised disclosure, unauthorised access or loss.

It sets out the procedures and the personnel responsible for taking particular actions if a data breach occurs (or if we suspect it has occurred).

The response plan enables us to contain, assess and respond to data breaches quickly, to help mitigate potential harm to affected individuals and to comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme.
