Inter-Governmental Agreement on Counter-Terrorism Laws

This agreement sets out a process, consistent with undertakings given to the States and Territories by the Commonwealth, for obtaining the States’ and Territories’ agreement to amendments and regulations which may be proposed to counter-terrorism laws.
