Review of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013

Mr Philip Moss AM conducted an independent statutory review of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (the Moss Review). Mr Moss was the Integrity Commissioner and head of the Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity between 2007 and 2014.

The Moss Review was conducted in consultation with the Commonwealth Ombudsman and the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security. It was also informed by public submissions and consultations with key stakeholders.
