FOI19/174 | 02/10/2019 | Documents that tally the total payment of fees, including legal costs, involved in the use of a Special Purpose Liquidator examining matters associated with the failure of Queensland Nickel in 2016. This includes but is not exclusive to actions by the SPL to recoup Commonwealth money allocated under the Fair Entitlements Guarantee to workers who lost their jobs following the liquidation of Queensland Nickel. For the purposes of narrowing the scope of this FOI, I only require the summary documents for the total amounts, and do not require constant running sheets of bills being paid. For example, if a final tally of all payments made since 2016 was available in one document, I would only require the latest version of said document and not any previous periodic updates. |
