Authority to Disclose If you would like to discuss matters relating to an offender convicted of Commonwealth offences, please arrange for the authority to disclose form to be signed and returned to cpo@ag.gov.au.

The Authority to Disclose form relates to our obligations for disclosing personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). To ensure we comply with our obligations, individuals and those acting on behalf of federal offenders must provide a clear authority that gives the Commonwealth Parole Office permission to disclose their sensitive personal information to that individual. This includes legal representatives.
