In accordance with section 130T of the Criminal Property Forfeiture Act 2002 (NT), section 20 of Schedule 1 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Cth) and section 4.2 of the Intergovernmental Agreement on the National Cooperative Scheme on Unexplained Wealth for the 2021/22 financial year, the Northern Territory Police Force (NTPF) report the following:
