Firearms – Accountant certification form

Your accountant will need to complete this form if you are applying to import or purchase category C or D firearms or parts to control vertebrate pest animals. 

The Minister or a delegate will use the completed form to determine whether your occupation is partly or wholly the business of controlling vertebrate pests.
